When you say that, you in fact drift very far from my example. Imagine one setting up a new experiment and another putting some notes on the staves. They are both innovating, they are discovering, they are creating. Of course they make use of different laws. But my analogy appeals to the principle.

why not? it is not 100% analogy but both could be viewed as creation processes.

I know. but I was thinking just like in science when two people come to same ideas and get to “share” the Nobel prize. (that is highly unlikely also) I said it just to make up “the best possible excuse” form them.

it is a BIG resemblance after playing them and the overlapping makes it clearer. Even if they came to the same notes through a creation process it is still an issue because satri got there first and copyrighted them.
